A bank manager candidate will demonstrate that they can perform at least up to Intermediate level of the above “How to” actions in reasonable time to pass the class.  The tests will be open book,  you can work from your notes or any other method to pass the test.  Just be sure to have the same notes or methods available when you perform the real task with a customers.
