Funtracker.site is setup as LLC in both Thailand and USA presently held under the name “Funtracker Holdings LLC” written in thai “ฟันแทรคเกอร์ โฮลดิ้งส์” tax ID: 0205561000746 in thailand and “Cuttlefish Holdings LLC” in USA (registered in the state of Oregon) Registered under Secretary of State Corporation division Oregon State Registry Number: 359848-97 type: Domestic Limited Liability Company and in Thailand under the name “Funtracker holdings LLC” . At the time this was written we only have working business permits in Thailand.

We are working on getting our Cuttlefish Holdings subsidiary in USA to also have permits but seems we lack the resources (money!) required presently to do so.

Also we have been asked how can you call yourself a bank? Are you really a bank? In all honesty, in the USA we would not be considered a bank and not even be allowed to call ourselves a bank. In USA, we would be called a financial service company as we only deal with other Thailand banks to do the direct transactions needed. However this is not USA, this is Thailand and here we can call our company or service any dam thing we want as long as we follow the laws and pay our taxes and don't dishonor the king in any way.

Note as of Jan 12 2018 we have renamed Cuttlefish holdings LLC thailand division and moved it's structure and assets into Funtracker Holdings LLC. All new updated licenses and bank account names now reflect the new Funtracker Holdings LLC name.
