FunTracker.Site

This is just an example session of an average customers request to withdraw funds from his Funtracker.site Bank account. In this example this customer holds 30 USD as seen on the books of The stellar.org network when he enters the private teller room.

First the customer enters the bank lobby from here: https://chat.funtracker.site/channel/bank and might just says “Hi I would like to make a withdraw of some of my USD from my funtracker.site bank account”

To start the admin teller or manager sets up a PM room with this customer that he just saw arrive in the bank lobby with his request. After the PM room is setup the teller states:

Admin teller: “Hi Mr X (as the teller sees in his login records) we are now in a private secure room so if needed you can answer any questions we ask in in this room in total privacy and security. Is what I said clear to you Mr X?”

Mr X: “ Yes I understand”

Admin teller: “in my records here on your account it shows you have selected for the optional security to be told a personal fact and asked a security question. Are you aware of this Mr. X?”

Mr. X: “yes I am”

Admin teller: “ OK so it shows here that your dogs name is spot. And what is your security password for this account for a withdraw at this bank Mr. X?

Mr. X: “ password is “spot_can_jump”

Admin teller: “ OK very good Mr. X. That is correct. So I saw in the lobby you stated you want to make a withdraw of some USD from your Funtracker.site Bank account today. Is that correct?

Mr. X: “ Yes that is correct”

Admin teller: “ OK and over what payment channel would you prefer payment? We can issue the funds via paypal.com or if you prefer we can setup an ACH transfer direct to your USA bank account but that will require setup as I note you don't already have ACH link setup yet. So which transfer method would you prefer?

Mr. X: “ oh just send it to my paypal.com address X@gmail.com will be fine.”

Admin teller: “OK very good Mr. X let me bring up your account and verify your balances, just give me a moment. . . OK we show here you have USD assets here with a total balance of $30 USD so how much of that would you like to withdraw?

Mr. X: “ oh I just need $10 to buy a new hat”

Admin teller: “Ok you do realize there is a .5% fee for transactions out of the Funtracker.site Bank system so your fee on this transaction would be $0.05 cents that will be charged to your account. Is this understood Mr. X?

Mr. X: “yes no problem”

Admin teller: “OK so then we would request that you go to the wallet page at https://wallet.funtracker.site/ and send $10.05 USD to destination account GBUYUAI75XXWDZEKLY66CFYKQPET5JR4EENXZBUZ3YXZ7DS56Z4OKOFU or you can just type “bank” in the destination box and hit fed_lookup and you should see the number above fill the destination address box of your wallet. In the Amount box make sure you enter your value of $10.05 and make sure that the Asset: has USD in it and that the Issuer address that should be default is also set to GBUY… As an option we request that you also enter in the memo box the code number “1234” so that we are sure that this is the transaction you want to withdraw to paypal.com. Then just hit the Send_Payment button. Do you understand the request I just gave you Mr. X?

Mr. X: “yes I've done this before I've already setup the page to send you just a moment …. OK I pushed the send button and the transaction shows complete at the top.

Admin teller: “OK very good Mr. X. just a moment … OK yes I see your funds transaction here on my console for the $10.05 USD. OK just give me a moment and I'll setup your paypal.com transfer for your $10.00 USD that should just be a moment if you want to wait for verification here or you can leave now and just check your paypal.com account balance in about 2 minutes or less.

Mr. X: “ OK I got time, I'll just wait here for your verification thanks”

Admin teller “ no problem just a moment….. OK the paypal.com transaction is completed to your X@gmail.com account. Is there anything else we can do for you today Mr. X?

Mr. X: “ no that's all I needed thanks you guys. Cool bank. I'll have to tell my friends about you guys.”

Admin teller: “ OK your welcome Mr. X thank you for using Funtracker.site Bank by now”

pm is disconnected by admin teller to prepare for next customer.
